Our Process
Contact phase
This occurs as soon as we recieve initital cotact from our client. We take the information provided to create a draft overview of what the job may look like.
Flight phase
From capturing breathtaking landscapes to conducting detailed inspections, we ensure that our clients receive top-notch results that exceed expectations. One of our trained drone operators will carry out the agreed flight(s) on the booking date, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional outcomes.
Planning phase
With a little help from our client we put together flight plans and an initial quote. For bigger jobs this may also require us to tour the location.
Content handover and aftercare phase
We will hand over all digital content generated during the flight phase. Content can be transferred using the clients preferred online file sharing service or via the delivery of a physical hard drive/USB. We offer lifetime support for any and all digital content and will replace any corrupted footage free of charge for up to 12 months after file handover.
